I have no experience with a bankruptcy.
But if they want the money back, don’t they have to return the product they bought? I suppose a judge can hand down any kind of ruling he wants to….
But……. If a judge makes you return the money your were paid for goods that were delivered, that sound like theft to me.
Banks did that to some on sales in '80's....guy sells cattle, bank refuses payment & bank claims ownership of new buyers cattle as buyer was in default |
