Soaking in a hot bath before bed time has helped my restless legs. We bought a hot tub just for this reason and has helped a lot. If I go to bed within 30 minutes or so I am okay. Any longer and it seems to lose the effectiveness. I also will massage my legs while in the tub.
The hot tub seemed an expensive aid, but it has also been an enjoyment. It’s like a relaxing mini vacation!
