| I've started mixing about 1/2 tsp. of coconut oil in my morning coffee every day. I also rub coconut oil on my knees/legs which seems to help with the pain, at least temporarily. And, as crazy as this sounds, I also use vapo rub on my sore muscles. I'm trying to do whatever I can to avoid ibuprofen which jacks my blood pressure.
If I were better organized, I'd do the cherry juice everyday. One of our larger local farm markets sells a concentrated cherry juice. Seems to be quite popular and I think it is beneficial. You'd have to look them up to find a distributor near you. I put about an ounce in a large glass of water. I have a friend who suffers from gout. Extremely painful when it flares up for her.
