Some years ago a guy almost killed him, they ran into him and totaled his car.  He was so bad that the doctors didn't even notice his arm was broken.  He has pins and rods in his legs.  He can't sleep and is pain.  His wife doesn't want him to take ibuprofen or other stuff but he's not getting much sleep.  He sometimes lays awake or gets up and walks around until 3am then gets a couple hours.  Now he also has gout and another friend said to drink black cherry juice but searching the Internet doesn't seem to verify the value of that.

Wondered if anybody else has restless legs and what they do.  Remember his wife doesn't want him taking pain killers.
