Assuming he’s a good neighbor I’d charge for actual cost of wrap and diesel and tell him he owes me a favor.  Buddy called me today his baler is majorly broke I’ll roll it up tomorrow after work and tell give me something for the wrap.  Favors have gone back and forth over the decades.
