West of Mpls MN about 50 miles on Hwy 12
With the ability for processors to warehouse canned and frozen veggies for years, my guess is warehouses bursting at the seams...again is the reason many veggie producers had their contracts cut by 30% or 40%...again.
The labor/packaging shortage story is an excuse to raise prices to consumers.
What happened to the food shortages
