Of course not taking into account that obama had cut oil production, and that there was this thing called covid that decimated oil production the last year Trump was in office. So being above Trumps average actually means that oil production is below average over a longer time period. Remember when oil was actually negative in worth? yeah, virtually no oil got produced during that period.
