Ozzy you just proved my point. When Trump got in (administration change) and strokes of a pen everything was hunky dory with the border and oil prices and now when Brandon got in(administration change) and strokes of a pen everything changes again, and YES with a simple stroke of a pen. It is a common practice of the Presidency to roll back or try like hell to roll back anything the previous President has done ( right or wrong) and this has been going on since Obama and maybe before but not at such an obvious mission!
