Fruita CO | We were given about 50 lb. of burger once from a friend that had a big bull break his leg, & they ground the whole bull into burger...I think my wife finally gave it to the Catholic soup kitchen or the food bank, we couldn't eat it. She's kind of picky, but I'm not, with meat usually Maybe they couldn't either, but had to do something with it. It had a strong gamey smell & taste, plus the grease was like tallow, stuck to the roof of your mouth... | |
