just a tish NE of central ND | WHAT does it smell like? SOUR? Was it "sharp frozen?" Could it be that it spoiled in areas before it got completely frozen?
If you piled up bags of meat with no air space in between it take a good while the freeze completely through the packages and if its in the center of a freezer its quite insulated from the cold. Especially bad if the freezer temp. isn't turn down to as cold as it should be. |
