FWIW... Here in Ontario very few of the major end users deal direct with farmers, grain is predominantly sold through commercial elevators. So while you may ship direct to ADM , or Bunge, or even Andersons in Ohio the cheque comes from your local elevator, with whom you contracted the grain. They will however supply you with the grade ticket from the end user as proof they aren't 'screwing you over". In the OP's case, I'd like to know what the deductions were for.
