Good point. A tip I was given is to grab the filter dryer, If it is too hot to hold, you condenser is running too hot because it is dirty or has little air flow. (bad / loose fan belt or plugged radiator.
Works especially well on Deere, grab that dryer behind the cab, If it is real hot, the condenser is not getting rid of enough heat.
