I guess it would depend on if your seed dealer wants to sell seed or farm more acres every year. Seed guys knows a lot of details about lots of operations production wise. I don't need to pay someone to bid against me.
Maybe this is a here problem. Farmground is a hot commodity just trying to limit risk I guess.
