Subject: Seed Dealer possible switching

Hey All

I am in need of some advice, Currently a Seed Dealer for Brand A that I used to work for for 10+ years and retired about 5 Years ago to Farm full time and just be a seed dealer for, They have awesome genetics, top of the line treatment, I mean the product is great and hasn't let us down, but I feel that the company is starting in the last 2 years starting to fall apart, we have had some issues, Ive had some other companies Brand B,C,D, and E approached me and their deal seems decent and I know where their products come from besides the corn. Ive been loyal to Brand A company for a long time and My rep is great. She does a great job anytime I need something she knows my customers and I don't feel threatened by her of taking any of my larger customers direct. but I used to work with her when I was there full time but like I said the company is I feel falling apart. heck I had my customers orders wrapped up in late Sept/ Early Oct and I didn't receive some of my seed until 2 weeks ago and not due to any deliveries. I called and asked what's the holdup and they said late orders, I sell a large amount of Corn, Soybeans, Wheat, Milo, some Alfalfa.. I offer all Trait Packages. But like I said my customers are happy I just need some advice on what to do. I don't know if I should stay with a small Family owned company or go to one of the Medium/ large players in the seed business.
I take my seed business seriously, I Will stop the tractor for 3-4 hours to deliver seed, look at replant, and grow my business, and put my farming to the side for the moment.

Brand A Doesn't know that I feel that Company is going in the wrong direction. but Great products, Great Treatment, Trucking is ok, Pricing is ok, Limited growth in company size.
Brand B wants to take me on a Plane Ride to their HQ to see everything and meet the CEO, Send me home with a deal. Company is growing.
Brand C Rep wants to take me up to their place this summer to see what they have to offer and their CEO has reached out to me on Twitter, and I've had a pleasant phone call with him.
Brand D is a local seed company that I feel I've taken some of their customers in the past and wants me to setup for on demand treating, and bring those customers back to them, but my customers let them because their corn won't stand without viagra. which comes from the main corteva company. beans/wheat/milo ok.
Brand E Is a Large Player in the Seed/Chemical Business, Will Set me up with a box2box treater, free trucking, and if it holds true WILL NOT take my large customers away from me and make them direct.

Need some advice, figured id come on here and ask. and if any other seed dealers see this if their is a brand they like doing business with.
