That's the baffling thing. It's tied directly to the vac fan actually being spooled up. Got a new flowmeter coming so will swap it out and report back. Could be a cracked block but a lot of staring at hydraulic diagrams says that's pretty doubtful since one valve block controls fan and a seperate plumbed parallel controls fertilizer. And seed control is in fan block and both fan and seed work perfect. So weird!
