Theres so many dumb guys out there that dont take advantage of the cheap interest- if you replied no debt - geesh - simple is as simple does- narrow minds right there
So guys that have farmed for 40 years and have no debt and can self finance anything they want for the future are dumb?? I believe you're not to bright. Simple is as simple does----as you say.
