I have a small tiller that I can't get to run right. I have to choke it to get it started then when I take the choke off it dies immediately. If I go about half choke it will run a while but is rough and it surges. What can be wrong with it? I need to till my garden before the weeds get it. This is a briggs engine, 3.75 h.p. I believe.
