coast of Maine | I avoided dairy for a bit,, I started a couple years ago to using always full fat milk,yogurt ,cream etc.John B's articles on avoiding the low fat dairy to avoid sugar with no fat.It seems to treat me well.Have a local dairy that we sell their products,,full fat so that you need to punch the cream down,,not homogenized but they do pasteurize for safety.Its amazing dairy.Just like when I was young and dad had a couple cows. | |
