Pittsburg, Kansas | Milk was a big problem for me raising my blood sugar. And a big bowl of cereal with lots of milk was my standard breakfast years ago.
Now cheese, cream and butter, we eat lots of. Wife in the last month has reduced the amount of cheese to see if too much fat was her weight stall problem. Still eats some, just not nearly as much. We ate lots of cheese, I still do, but I definitely don't need to lose any additional weight.
