| In our area, the average line worker in the RV plants have watched their in come grow 30-40k a year since the pandemic started. I have family that owns a large construction business in Georgia and their workers have increased their income by 25-30 percent. I have a lot of friends that have degrees and they getting large pay raises. I don’t see food, transpo, and housing eating up those increases. The last time I looked, credit card debt had decreased since before the pandemic. The ones that I could see really taking it in the shorts are first time home or car buyers because they don’t have one to trade in. I guess that I’m not seeing the pain that everybody on here talks about. | |
