I think that will be a lot of load for the 4640. I have a 960 Cult. and I switched it over to 9" spacing from the 6". It pulls a lot easier, many times you are not out there trying to
kill weeds anyway, just seedbed prep. Run a 7" sweep, etc. Your JD dealer should have a diagram for the change, you could order the 960 that way, 9". You are going to run fairly shallow anyway, them maybe you can pull it.
