Use a ducted one I just did a major kitchen remodel and bought a z line range hood so far so good it has an 8” duct threw the roof and it says its 900 cam on high all I know is you can fry bacon or cook onions and smell nothing in the house filters are a breeze to clean I would highly recommend one.
