I would never want a ductless., unless you rarely cook.It usually is just a carbon filter,blows smoke back at you,if you have clearance issues you can use an exposed pipe thats painted to your decor,I have 5 ft above the cabinets thats painted blue,looks fine.I use it every day.Cook a lot on the burners.Smells/smoke are all gone fast.
