St. Claude, Mb, Canada | The keystone and trans mountain pipelines are for totally different things. The keystone xl was to bring heavy crude for blending in gulf refineries. It would replace the russian heavy crude that was replacing the Venezuelan heavy crude. It also would have had enough capacity to bring the extra heavy crude refineries in the gulf wanted in order to do more blending for export outbof the gulf. The trans mountain was for export. Some to the nw U.S., some to ships heading for Asia and other wold markets. If you don't know anything about oil, you should probably not talk about it. The old saying comes to mind, "better to be thought a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt". | |
