Windom, MN | Been acreages here being sold forever, they’ve always been able to be separated, but I’m my county there is now a rule about size, I think they need 2.5 acres to build/section off the house.
In the past, and I’m sure now, it will stay cyclical. Been plenty of people around here who buy them, thinking country living is the best. Then their kids get involved in things and it’s constant runs to town, tough winters, and really more expensive equipment to maintain the yard, and they move back to town because of convenience. There are days I wish I still lived in town, if I need to run home quick for something when at work, pretty much plan on an hour being gone. | |
