sw ontario | Ever since they let farmers sell (sever) of excess houses it seems the new buyers seldom stat over 5 yrs. Real estate agents just keep re-selling them . A 100+ yr. old school that was renovated and is nic has been sold multiple times. Its just across the corner from one of our farms and its listed for $599,000 . Another nice old brick farm home with good pole shed a couple doors away sold this summer for $610,000......Just does not seem to be sustainable as these were maybe $200,000 or less homes 5 yrs. ago.
Supposedly in Ontario we are short 650,000 family homes and more multi generational families are co-habitating...
Is it just old age or has everything from food-fuel-fertilizer-machinery ,ect. prices just gone crazy | |
