southern MN | There is a shrimp deal near here too, I know nothing about it. All talk so far, planning to use some existing abandoned wastewater facility.
There is a smallish meat packing plant several towns over, it seems to go through new owners and a new startup every 5-7 years. Not very stable deal. Others on here are more familiar with it than me, from a distance it just seems a waste of resources for what has been accomplished with it.
One out of every 100 grand plans maybe turn into something, it’s interesting to watch from the sidelines.
Less fun to watch when it’s a lot of my (govt) money being flushed through such a plan.
