That would make work of it crossing all the lines. I always use the excavator or backhoe to fill a trench I dig, then run the closer over them when I do the rest of the line. Here is links to some on Bigiron. Could need some beefing for tile work though. I think you would probably like a small d4 size dozer. I'm keeping my eye out for one, but not quite ready to buy one yet.
