Never had much to do with tile, but around here some counties and towns use a single disk gang to reclaim shoulder material from the ditch, could something like that work from 1 side then turn around and come back on the other side? google shoulder reclaimer, but would have to reverse the disk gang tom push instead of pull dirt, not saying this will work as is, but to give you ideas only
