We have owned the cart for 14 years.

4 years with the tip tops on.

Cheap way to make a 1,200 + bu cart

Never had any problem or see anything stressing.

Where are the places that are of concern?

The axle is I think an early version for a load cell scale system.

Kind of a very heavy parallel linkage set up for a load cell in the middle. Mine just has a metal block in that space to carry the weight.
