It happened on a secondary county road.
Where the “bridge” is so short, it is considered a culvert in the county’s eyes. Which means it doesn’t have a rated load limit or signage. Even though it’s built with wood like a bridge.
So in an instance like this is the axle limits a liability concern for me?
