Subject: RE: Header drive electrical magnetic clutch problems

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Had something very similar on a combine years ago. Long story short- wire leading to the clutch had partially worn through with only a few strands remaining. The wire had been rubbing on a rotating shaft.

Cutting out the bad section of wire was all that was necessary.
