Kettle Moraine, WI | Sounds like intermittent fasting I have read a little about. Have you read or watched much about that? Was it coincidence you started with intermittent fasting like that or intentional? What I have read appears that I.F. by itself helps regulate blood sugar levels and may play into some hormone balances.
I have held a rule to eat a later breakfast at 8am and not eat or drink anything besides water after 6pm. Effectively a 14 hour daily fast. It makes me not hungry for breakfast but I eat because "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" and I overeat iat lunch if I skip breakfast. | |
