Add about 4 sausage patties to that plate and that would be a somewhat typical lunch for me. I would say breakfast but we don't need breakfast any more since going low carb as we are no longer hungry when we wake up. Only two meals a day now. Amazing how much time that frees up not eating breakfast. Only a cup of black coffee in the morning.
