We are running a 245 with a 1255, 24 row planter. it has the big single hydraulic pump in the tractor. We have electric drive on it though so I don't know if that would matter. The 245 handles it fine, but I wouldn't want any smaller tractor. We also have a 275, and it is a lot more tractor than the 245.
