NE IA | Started farming in '12. Never planted a bean in my career. Picking up 450 acres next year and going to put some 10 year c/c ground into beans. Will be extremely heavy beans next year because of how the rotation works. The guy I am renting from has been a no till guy for 20 years and wants to keep it that way so going to have to wait until 2023 and do some beans on beans to try and get acres evened out. Have thought about doing trying some no till corn on corn but not sure I am quite comfortable with it. | |
