Fruita CO | I had flickers boring holes in the gable ends of the house for a few years, & they weren't just looking for bugs...made a nest in the attic that looked like a whole bale of hay. I covered the holes with metal, they drilled beside it.
Finally got a shot at one with the Gamo pellet gun, that took care of him. second one I shot at & missed, he or she hauled ass toward the west & I never saw it again...beautiful birds, I hated to shoot them, but they were making a mess. | |
