I believe its called finders keepers in this state,,hehe,employee is elated.Cant remember who he was but,,,here no permits,concealed carry as long as you are not a criminal .Kind of old west..very very little gun crime here.I think likely local home maybe was someone whom was not allowed to possess and they chucked it when they got spooked ...maybe..
