Frisco, TX | The Israeli's do security well. Tel Aviv is a frequent destination for us. The on-ground customs process there is even quicker than DFW on our return. One thing Israel does is they pre-screen you at your departure/ or connecting airport regardless of your airline, not just on EL AL. Could be Lufthansa or Delta- - for us that's been either in Frankfurt or Newark. Again maybe a 15 minute process. My wife has an implanted pain control device with remote controller and a bag full of charging hardware. We expect a thorough inspection and we get it. But no dumb questions, they know what they are looking at. | |
