| Dr. Campbell's video today explains that. The same guy "Tyler Durden" references above. Basically a high percent of vaccinated older adults, but not a high percent of total population. Iowa's highest vaccinated county has it's lowest risk currently. Republican governor, and she appoints the state board of health director, so I trust the numbers.
