| Think about the logistics though. Would you rather hand out 1000 sandwiches, or collect 1000 tissues full of snot? You have to label them, keep them in good condition, check in the lab to see which ones have green snot, then return results to 1000 people. That's a simple test with almost no cost. I think India's public health would rather hand out sandwiches so folks can do their own triage. But I'm no Tyler Durden.
