The wife is working on a low carb diet and I thought I’d share a simple lasagna recipe that we really enjoy.
It’s made with turkey slices in place of the noodles, ¼ of a jar of ROA’s tomato basil sauce, one package of mozzarella cheese, 1 lbs. of hamburger and a little parmesan sprinkled on top.
After layering the ingredients add a little water so the dish is about ½ full of liquid and bake a 350 for 35-40 mins.
It comes out more runny than traditional lasagna but is very good IMHO.
