Grandpa calls it God's country, NEIA | Going east from where your at, Glacier National Park and Yellowstone. I think you could kill 5 days between the two parks easily. Battle of the Little Bighorn is a pretty cool place if you enjoy history. Montana is a very beautiful state, I prefer the backroad routes instead of taking the interstate.
The loop idea is a good one. South Dakota s black hills, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, the bad lands. Are all sights to see and explore.
The smokey mountains are about as far east as I like to go. The east and west coasts aren't much to see for me, to many damn people. |
