The “configuration failed” in the last pic is where the module checks for available power at each clutch, in your case your relay. You do not have constant 12v at your relay coil right now which is why you are getting that warning.
Except it does because the clutches are active. Just took the tester to them and I have 14.5v
Switched wires just to make sure, nothing changed.
