NW Central Ohio | ..I've had a butternut squash come up volunteer (I think we threw some seeds out from one we bought the year before) along the field right next to the house for 2 years now. Last year it made about 8 really nice squash....this year there are 2 plants...and I'll probably have over a dozen really nice fruits. If I see them before I spray, I'll take some plastic bags...wad up the vine, then cover it...and spray right over it...LOL!!!! | |
