Central IL | We were stopped at a red light about 10 cars back in the second lane of a 4 lane road. Light turned green and as we started to move forward, cop turned light red just as we approached intersection. We were the second car in our lane and he walked around car in front of us and informed us that we going to be arrested for not stopping at the red light we were sitting at. Told us we could pay our $200 fine to him or go to court. I held up my billfold to show him I didn't have $200 so he reached in the window and took all the cash out of the billfold and sent me on my way. Cost us about $70. | |
