If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it.
You do realize the solar companies are partnering with REITS to do your "business plan" on thousands of acres?
If this topic interests you, take your capital and invest in a solar company or REIT. With your experience level and capital, pursuing this will be a disaster/disappointment for you.
