Subject: RE: Solar Farm

St. Joseph, Champaign County, IL
Unless you know the company is already looking at a particular piece of land to put a solar farm on, you're not going to be guaranteed one on just any parcel of land. If you already know a particular piece of land is being eyed for a solar farm, you'll most likely be paying a premium for the land, unless the the owner has been living under a rock.

If you're truly wanting to pursue this, you need to study up on what makes a piece of ground ideal for a solar farm. This includes things such as existing power lines with sufficient load carrying capacity, and relatively close distance to a power sub station.
