When we quit farming we had a couple of half breed Waygu steers. We had a neighbor feed them out. The meat is the finest we ever had. The hamburger is the finest I ever had. No need for ketchup or any condiments. In the future we will be looking for more of this breed. No we didn't pay the $6000
