St. Clair MN; Casa Grande AZ		Our local butcher shops stopped processing chickens.

We would raise between 1000-2000 Cornish X broilers a year. They were sold at farmers markets and food coop.

All 4 that were state or USDA inspected that we knew of within 100 miles are now closed.

I raised them in a hoop barn with a large fenced in pasture. They were a lot of work.
